Troublefree-IT

We initially approached Troublefree-IT to be the engineers who attend our Sales Office when there was a physical issue to be dealt with that could not be resolved by our European Support Office. They assisted with laptop rebuilds and deployments, printer and video conferencing equipment maintenance as well as assisting with troubleshooting phone and network issues.

 

When we opened our store on Oxford Street it was an easy choice to contract Troublefree-IT to assist there as well. Since the store has opened, Troublefree-IT has assisted with a wide range of technical platforms from troubleshooting and deploying IP Phones, wired/wireless networks, and new Point of Sale equipment to assisting Back Office and Senior Staff with laptop and phone issues.

 

In short, Troublefree-IT have been the physical presence our overseas support team required in the UK.
