“Troublefree-IT have been providing high quality, affordable IT support for some years and as we had ‘out-grown’ our previous office, we asked Troublefree-IT to review some potential new office spaces.  During these visits, Troublefree-IT was able to identify both positives and negatives for each of the office spaces we viewed allowing us to decide on the best space for our needs.

When it came to getting the new office space ready for us, Troublefree-IT was able to source and arrange the best internet package based on cost, capacity, and installation time.  In addition to this, Troublefree-IT managed communications and work assignment for the structured cabling contractors and when the cabling was complete, they installed and configured the network equipment – wired and wireless - they had sourced on our behalf.  New end user equipment was also procured and deployed.

Come ‘Move Day’, Troublefree-IT managed the relocation and deployment of both end user and business centric equipment as well as assisting the end-users to settle in with their new equipment and resolving any ‘snag’ items identified.

All in all, Troublefree-IT provided a complete ‘Office Move’ service to the high standard that we have come to expect from them given the quality service we receive as part of our Support Service Contract we have with Troublefree-IT.”
